We are famous for our original beef jerky. It's made in an old stone smokehouse and is very tender.

Another popular item is Mack's Smokies. Made with fresh ingredients, and our own spices, they are a nice treat for anyone who loves smoked meats. Our flavors are:

Mack's also makes Trail Bologna, and Summer Sausage. Our own special blend of spices make these a must have for any occasion. Beside the original Trail Bologna, and Summer Sausage, you can also get them made with:
Hot Pepper Cheese, Hot Pepper Cheese & Jalapeno, American Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Cheddar American Cheese, or just Jalapeno Peppers.
